I am reasonably sure this song was intended to be called "Shake Your Body" and was recorded in Jan 2001, while Ryan was writing songs for Lost Time. My source is the old 12 Rods website, which can be found archived on archive.org. On that website there is a band Diary page, which lists the following: "January 2001 Ryan writes and composes more demos for the next record, including "Fake Magic Eight-Ball", "Accidents Waiting To Happen", "You Have A Crush On Me", and "Shake Your Body" - all of the songs have a much deeper groove and darker tone than previous 12RODS songs, setting the tone for the next record."
