All of the rules are equally important and good for leading a healthy and prosperous life. But my favourite one out of those12 is "You only compare yourself with the what you were yesterday, provided you have a growth mindset and stop comparing yourself with others". Following this rule will make us avoid the rat race and mental issues we have now a days, and make us contend and grateful in life.
