Hey man, I normally don’t comment on any videos but I wanted to say thank you for having a video about sustainable brands. I was just telling a group of friends yesterday why they shouldn’t be buying clothes from “fast fashion” companies and how wasteful a lot of these companies are. They were like “Ok, where should we be going instead?” and I honestly didn’t have an answer for them. I watched this video without even realizing it was about sustainable brands until the end. I sent this video to a bunch of them so hopefully they’ll start looking at these brands instead. Thanks a lot for making this one!

You aren’t scared the raw denim dye will run off onto the oxford shirt? In my experience with raw denim, a couple of times the denim was damaged my shoes and white shirts

Yeah there’s always some residual dye stuff on raw denims, also on ours. The trick is to wear them with less sensitive color combos for the first few weeks and eventually they’ll stop bleeding, without needing to wash them. One trick is if you have light boxers that you dont mind getting some color bleed on, you can ’sample’ the condition of the denim after a few weeks to see if they still bleed. Best, August at ASKET
