2 years ago I broke my wrist and elbow right arms I had surgery have metal clips into my Elbow and wrist and continue therapy And Physio and maintain mobility and strength but just recently have to visit the nerve specialist at the hospital he said found out I have nerve damage due to daily activities at work and it’s been painful since then I feel tingling into my Wrist numbness feel like Freezing and stiffness since my surgery Feb-06-2021
