I have never had a doctor say anything about red meat. In fact none of my doctors have ever mentioned anything about my diet.

It’s getting so that anything we eat causes some problem or another. it is really disappointing , that we can’t enjoy anything we eat without thinking about that dreadful cancer !!

It’s 2025 ,it’s coming we are getting less information ,conflicting information. Why are the drugs offered causing more fractures and necrosis in the jaw? We better smile a lot before we lose our teeth 🦷 the drugs are worsening the bones and can’t keep up with the blasts that occur on a daily basis.I want real food and I eat it and it’s not a good idea for anyone to drink raw milk infection can reach the bone and it could cause major health problems it’s now being touted by influencers as a good thing for the bones and it’s not ,A2 milk is ready and available.I am not old and I’m sick of people saying it’s an old lady disease and I don’t want to drink my food we must chew for proper gut health..so sick of it all. I am here listening to a bot and it’s good information but my human doctor is clueless.WTF
