Light well yes if you take it to literal, you will see that it's impossible to completely stay calm. it's human nature to panic, the thing is everyone tends to over think things once they are panicking and end up Fucking up. atleast try not to panic to the point you loose control of your mind. that's what I do, and I haven't made stupid decisions like before. just breath. breath in, breath out. the same goes for fear.

faraz hussain - The worst part about it is that those types of people pretend to be your friends, and sometimes you don't see them for what they really are until it's too late. Aka - "Frenemies." Personally, when I become aware that I'm dealing with that type of person, I avoid them as if they were an STD. If I should happen to run into them, I'll be polite I'll shake their hand, I may even give them a hug, but I do not let them into my inner circle. If they want to know what's going on with me and my life, I give in general answers, and try to be as vague as possible, because they may seem like they care when they ask you about your life and how it's going, but what they're really looking for is information so that they can gossip about you.

You should never: 1. Wear cargo shorts (unless pockets are filled with change which you'll donate to homeless people on the street) 2. Be disloyal to either friends or family (they are there for you as you should always be there for them) 3. Not thank your waiter or waitress, however the service may be (you have no idea what they may be going through on a daily basis) 4. Leave no tip (unless in a country where tipping is not part of the culture) 5. Blame someone else for you own mistakes (own up, be a man, and accept your mistake: people will value that in you) 6. Openly brag about yourself, especially not in public (always remain humble, even if you're successful in life) 7. Make excuses (as 5 says, own up to your mistake, don't weasel your way around it with falsities) 8. Give up on yourself (always believe in yourself, and you'll be amazed at how far you can go) Those are my things you should never do, hope you get something valuable out of them!

I only checked a girlfriends phone once (we were living together) - and that's because 1) I bought and paid for the phone and she was on my plan and 2) I was paying the bill one month and noticed a spike in text messages sent during that previous month and got suspicious. So, one day I grabbed her phone and found she was texting/flirting with another guy....so my suspicions were correct and she got kicked out of my house and to the curb. So sometimes, it's a must.

Never willingly engage in any intimate activity with somebody that you KNOW is in a relationship. Never start fights. Do not hit first. FamGt - His name is "Alpha". Of course he's armed, lol... and, as he should be. Men SHOULD be armed. Men should also have the wisdom and discipline to know when it's appropriate to use those arms. It's interesting, the reaction to that little clip.

That being said, if someone makes you wanna be a better person (be kinder, be empathetic, etc), you should hang out with that person even more. Anyone to make you a better person is too important to lose.

Ridiculous. If your other half was getting morbidly obese the decent thing to do would be to point it out and help out in sorting it out. If you keep quiet and it gets out of hand and she develops obesity related diseases than you've played a part in it am d shoukd be ashamed of yourself

Except for medical purposes or her voluntarily asking that is

Good advice, but I would.also suggest that we all choose a lifestyle (never settle for good enough), so one should try to make good choices. Most importantly, never lie, your reputation is everything.

#12 has been the most difficult for me. I was in a super toxic relationship for a very long time and it took away so much of my time, Im 18 now so its not like my life is over but I wasted a solid almost 3 years being in a bad relationship. Never again...
