Truth is, everything you said applies to learning literally anything well: take in as much information as you can, analyze that information critically, and reflect on how you applied what you've learned. I honestly think fighting games make you a better person lol. Striving to improve at anything requires you to be honest with yourself and your flaws and address them. After getting serious about fighting games, I've realized how many of the concepts cross over into other endeavors like fitness, language learning, music, whatever. It's really cool. Also thanks LK! I improved mine by playing the best people I could periodically and doing training agaisnt an A.I. on the hardest difficulty and just defended. Seemed to help me
