A system for employees and idols to report. Contracts of trust and privacy. Strict guidelines in the buildings, only work managed devices allowed during work hours.

It makes me mad that these idols are treated like robots rather than humans with feelings even by people they're supposed to trust. Plus if they speak up or challenge these staff members or managers they get threatened with replacement or by hitting them.
