My therapist just introduced me to this today as an alternative to AA. I have my reasons and so far I'm liking the knowledge based approach. Might even do a virtual meeting this evening.

Can not hear this superficial, empty term any more. Last meeting a man said smth. simular & said he preffers "CONTENT" instead❣️ Great, proper, deeper, more real! I would add: meaningful life! 8nstead of the stupid "happy/happiness" (which can only be momentary, short lived states!).
