Excellent video as always 😊 If that helps, I have problems with dogs off leash where I live so I also carry an umbrella (one opening with a button), it serves both as a deterrent with the fast opening movement that surprises the dog and a barrier of some sort. If the dog seems friendly but greatly enthusiastic, I throw a handful of treats while we walk away. And spray shield or air horn as a last option...
