Very inspiring - I love how each week, it was small amounts (a pound or so) and usually, in my life, that would discourage me because I love BIG results... but really, that's all it takes and you just gotta stick to it and not give up! (I give up because I tend to want to lose it ALL in a couple of weeks.) I am going to try to do a 12 week challenge, and NOT GIVE UP!

I’ve just started a new 12 week challenge that’ll I’ll update monthly on here as I’ve gained this weight back and some with the stress of covid and buying property! So no excuses from jan 11th to April 12th imma stay consistent! And we can do it together☺️ you got this! Focus on how you feel not what the scales say! Workout 4 days a week or move 30 minutes 7 days a week eat well drink plenty of water and the weight will come off! I want to lose 17.5kg in 20 weeks definitely doable😁

Lets Go! Im on my jurney to. I just changed my diet to full raw with a focus on kidney filtration. Its amazeing! I found motivation to quit smoking after 10 years. Its inspiering to see others go for it to. If you feel stuck, i can realy recomend trying out a raw food diet on fruits and veggies. Your a great inspiration . Thanks alot for shareing your story.

I weigh exactly 8kg more than your starting weight and my BMI is identical. I am 5ft 7 Goes to show what a difference a little extra height makes to how much weight we carry. I look very similarly proportioned to you too. It is so helpful to see you progress and an achievable rate. Makes me feel like I can do it too!

This was great for me. I had started losing weight about 12 weeks ago just by eating better and being more active, and my weight was very similar to yours, I started at 76kg and I'm now 68kg (but with none of the muscle toning) and it was great to see your results, as I could appreciate the same changes in my own body, and see the progress. But this also motivated me to actually start a fitness challenge like the 12 week program, so I can start being more healthy and work towards building muscle

I actually gained a lot back due to having to move back to NZ due to covid and the stress of purchasing property! ☺️ that’s okay though, I’m excited for this 3-6 month journey as I’ll do things differently too😁 it’s actually really exciting!☺️ your right though I wasn’t that big but I felt uncomfortable in my clothes and was really congested in my sinuses, so I’ll be happy to drop the weight again and have fun doing it 😁😍 I hope you had a wonderful new year☺️

After having 4 kids I gained a lot of weight and it was hard to drop it. The day I had my baby I was 230lbs 😢 I managed to workout and eat right and got down to 204lbs. I’m down to 180lbs and and going to try a 12 week challenge to help get to my goal until I hit 135.

That’s amazing congratulations on losing 12kg! We are always our hardest critic and we always see ourselves differently I also strength trained which will always help with shape! I am 163cm or 5ft 3in 🥰 you should be really proud of yourself though 💜

What I mean by comparison for me, well I was in a bad relationship years ago to be honest but no matter how thin I got I never felt good enough. I look at you at the end of the video and I’m like wow she looks amazing... and I weighed that at one point so for me it’s like “ok maybe I did look ok” I think even when I have lost weight I couldn’t help but see myself as fat still. With my ex I weighed 134 pounds but still felt fat. So that’s what I meant, I know I don’t see myself in a positive way and I need to change that. That’s why your video was so wonderful. You loved your body at the start even though you wanted to improve your health. Your outlook is refreshing and inspiring. My number one goal is health. And having a lifestyle I can stick to. And be a positive example for my kids. Thank you again so much. It really does mean so much to me ❤️❤️❤️ god bless

Thank you for feeling safe enough to tell your story! 💜 I understand that feeling except I was kind of the opposite 5 years ago I was in my first property relationship and gained so much weight almost 100 kilos and I didn’t see my weight problem I was in denial and a positive optimistic person! However after a terrible break up a few months later my entire life got better I got my first apartment a respectable full time job, met the man in with now and started my wightloss journey! I did it reasonably healthy although I had a lot of highs and a couple lows with vibing but even when I got down to a fit and healthy weight it still wasn’t good enough I still “had something to work on” I look back now and I’m like what was I thinking I was strong fit and healthy but I was still unhappy! I have gained the weight and some back but this 3-6 month journey I’m embarking on will be awesome and I’m glad your along for the ride! My next video should be out in a couple of days of what my plan is and health is the most important 💜 just have fun! Whatever that looks like for you and your kids! Play games be active in ways that bring you joy exercise is a form of self care not punishment 🥰 your doing well, your amazing and should love you at every stage!💜

I met him when I was still at my lowest . I’ve made a promise to myself so an exercise video every day for a month and not weight myself till after (the scale always makes me sad) and yes I’ve been trying to change my mindset that when I exercise it’s good for me and not torture. I’m so glad he’s supportive and that your trying hard to love your body! Your doing amazing! 💜 a great reminder that I didn’t see results until the end of the 2nd month really it was that 3rd month where I lost the majority of weight! Make a goal for 3 months by then you will have for sure lost weight and be feeling better and only weigh yourself if you have to once a month! Don’t let the scales make you feel a certain way you a worth more than a number on a scale! You can do this! This is such a crazy change! I've lost 3.6 kg yet but my comparison pictures are literally identical 😅 Maybe it's because I'm a lot taller than you and a lot of the other ppl doing these transformation videos / photo sets, usually people's starting weight is much lower than mine but their BMI higher so i guess I'm just bigger and taller and 3.5 kg isn't that much for me percentage wise?

I love how you were dancing through your journey haha. But I have some questions. How tall are you? And did you have any cheat days for example every Saturday? Hi Matilda 😍 what awesome questions😁 I am 163cm or 5ft 3in😁 I didn’t specially have set “cheat days” I would have a cheat meal but it was always something nutritional value like a veggie burger or subway or sushi and it may be like a couple weeks I’m not sure I loved my healthy meal preps so it wasn’t to hard for me! I exercise fasted in the mornings no food just water and I have so much more energy just kick starts my day☺️ I’m glad you feel more inspired and I hope this helps💜

I used to do that but it didn’t help with my binging issue so I just intuitively ate, tried to not restrict myself and now I don’t have cravings and just listen to my body! Over time this just happened! 🥰

Hey! Great questions at the end of the video I do explain what I did for all 3 months but I will be making an updated video of what I’m doing now! Back then I was doing... 1st month-eating just a simple basic healthy balanced diet (I remember everything I ate but watch the videos I posted and I show what I was doing) doing 20 minutes exercise daily and whatever made me happy, swimming, walking, trying to run just a minimum of 20 minutes. Month 2: stayed eating clean and balanced yummy easy meal Prep foods and bumped my exercise up at the 6 week mark too 30-45 minutes at the gym with some cardio and strength Month 3: found my rhythm and I was training 4-5 times a week at the gym for an hour ☺️ Watch my videos and subscribe for what I’m doing this time round ☺️

Unfortunately we can’t spot reduce! Nutrition mostly but exercise will reduce body fat and where and when that comes off! Wish I could help more!💖

Consistency with balanced nutrition and exercise. If your unable to see results maybe go and see your doctor (or have a zoom if your area is still strict for covid) they may have some ideas for you☺️

@@CelesteWykes I've gone on a keto diet, I use my stationary bike 3 times a week(twenty-mile - 80 minute work out) and use my treadmill two times per week. I had a double knee replacement a couple of years ago due to my lupus and while I'm fully healed my legs are a little weak. I would love to go to the gym but because of my pre-existing conditions, I can get sick because of the covid. Can you tell me what you eat and do in a day to get those wonderful results?

Start taking some photos, you live with yourself everyday so it can sometimes be hard to see a change but also it’s a mindset thing too! Start looking at yourself in the mirror and saying “I am a badass” “I am strong” “I am powerful” “I lost 10kg and I am proud” “I love my body at every stage and I’m grateful for what it goes for me!😍
