Well, I must say, this home is magazine worthy. I love the black and white with one accent color look. You can put any color you want with black and white except brown and it looks great. I know she is going to miss it. It’s one lucky person that’s going to get this one day. I’m sorry she is sick. I have kidney problems too. Very painful and in bed a lot. Hope she gets better. I have been amazed!never could I imagine what I was going to see when randy opened the door. It was almost like a movie, where the little house has a mansion on the inside. She has a gift. Really!!! THIS LADY HAS EXCELLENCE TASTE n clever usage of tiny space yet has all the appliances for kitchen need, though there's lots of stuff but yet not looking clutter but attractive, her daybed as couch daytime n her bed for nighttime is a smart move also she had lazy armchairs which hardly any tiny house had, must give her credit to make a tiny ever so comfortable to live in it

It's so hard to find a 12x20 floor plan that really works. As a 12x20 cabin owner, I can say that you have nailed the code. The only difference we have is I'm a country gal, and I'm off grid with a wood stove. Like it's mentioned, you have to be very mindful, and it's all about camouflage. I did have a GE that was a single unit wash/dryer years ago in my 25x25 cottage. I wish I'd never left it. It was the best, and I don't understand why you would want anything else in a tiny home. Beautifully done 😊❤

LOL, I know what you mean. I saw a video once where the husband and wife each had their own tiny home separated by a patio area. Both had decorated and furnished to their own style and it was absolutely amazing. They took turns with sleeping locations, cooking, etc, and it worked well for them. 😊

I LOVE THIS HOME!!! Reminds me of Audrey Hepburn breakfast at Tiffany's video concert or Audrey Hepburn's scene At The Races in my fair lady. Just something about her place to me screams Audrey Hepburn lol, gorgeous. I love monochrom black white, light grey wood like her floor with pops of color here and there. And yeah younger generation doesn't know the difference between a book shelf and a hutch... I went to Goodwill... The girl labeling and pricing items they were just putting out, labeled an item as a "desk". I'm like ... You may want to correct that.... Its a Vanity Dresser."
