"The women were approximately 52% and 66% as strong as the men in the upper and lower body respectively." Even if she DID join the NBA, it would probably just be a publicity stunt and she would get no time. However if she DID get playing time, she would get hurt by the stronger Males and would have a very very high risk of injury.

Hey I'm a huge fan of your videos. I'm 11 years old and I just started playing basketball I'm not on a team yet. but want's I go back to school. I'm trying out for the schools basketball team. Then the next summer I'm going to see if I can go to basketball camp then the WNBA then for a challenge I want to go to the NBA. So thank you for being another inspiration for girls. That girls can play sports. Many kids at my school says girls can't play sports. That's when I realize that I need to start eating a lot heather, exercise, and play basketball almost every day. I have a question...and I would greatly appreciate it if anyone answers. So, I love basketball too. Just practicing handles isn't enough. I need to do drills about it but I don't know how to start. When I try doing the ones I see others on Whistle and No Days Off do, I always fail because I'm not that good yet. What should I do?

Just tried pounding the ball then cross over. Repeat for about five min to warm up. Then try going through the legs a couple of times. Maybe into a shot. Once you keep doing that consistently you can try walking and going inbetween the legs every step and so on. Soon enough you can start making up drills to do with the ball. Also you just need to practice ALOT. That’s real it
