Been surrounded by basketball all my life but never took the initiative to really take it seriously till last year. It’s fun learning from other players and coaches about that lifestyle and what work goes into becoming proficient at a high level. 🎉

True! I’ve been wanting to play since I was elementary but since I was a girl I couldn’t feed in that interest, I became varsity in 8th grade with NO experience at all and now I’m in the 10th grade and I have just learned the basic fundamentals😅

@@Yumi._zu A lot sooner than most, but be appreciative of that. Continue to learn and absorb all the important information you can, because there’s always room for growth, and each step is building block to a greater goal. As long as you stay with the work and consistently work on your skills, you’ll a highly-skilled player: no doubt in my mind. 💪🏀

This type of basic drills and warm-up really helps a lot. Instead of shooting immediately this is the best for ballers.

I love this. My 12 year old just started to junior high ball. I believe so many trainers over complicate things to be unique and inventive. Sometimes repetition with the basics is best! Well done

I love watching games, never played. So, this is really interesting to know how people train. I've always wondered what it looks like for first timers to ball. Also, I love how you mentioned that you lose the ball but just edit it out of videos because it feels so human and makes you so relatable. It's fine to keep it out because it makes you look really cool or like a pro.

Fantastic job & great examples. Great job of keeping low - that’s the biggest OFFENSIVE part of Caitlin Clark’s game she must fix immediately: she stays to upright when dribbling
