12 Year Old Girl Makes Bracelets to Bring Hope to Displaced Israeli Children

Meet Laila, a 12 year old girl who decided she wants to make a difference for the displaced children in Israel for her bat mitzvah.
Laila thought about what the displaced children in Israel must be feeling and decided to make them a gift to counter those negative feelings of trauma and anxiety.
Laila's project inspired her friends and her church who quickly joined in helping her make special bracelets for the displaced children.
Laila prayed over each bracelet she made and attached the verse from Isaiah 41:10 "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
This verse is a message from God to Israel says Laila. She hopes that the displaced children feel love and friendship when they wear the bracelets.
