The students on that bus go to an English language public school for children with special needs. That bus driver was forcing his political views on them while they were trying to get to school. He shouldn't be allowed to work near or around vulnerable children. EVER.

@haameisanaei6481 Exactly. What's even more disturbing is that he said if the student doesn't speak French around him, there's "something wrong" with her... She's a child that knows she has special needs. He's essentially scolding her when she has disabilities, and that is absolutely cruel.

Agree he is an a-hole but certainly no more a-holey than teachers, administrators, and school boards forcing trans agendas onto children in schools across Canada and letting freak drag show performances happen in city owned properties. That is a far greater threat to children today and in their future as they are groomed to think it's normal for the mentally ill to parade their delusions and their junk in public.

I remember living in Quebec for about 2 years when I was a kid, and it was a nightmare. I couldn’t speak French so the local kids would mock me and even tried to push me in a frozen ravine in the winter. These kids were also much older than me

I can't believe this makes the news. My bus driver berated my brother and I for being English every day of life when we were kids. We grew up as Anglos in Quebec City. We were harassed by "101" badge carrying cegep and university students on the city bus as well all through high school. In my opinion language laws are tantamount to systemic racism. When you "by law" do not permit other languages this is racism in it's most simple and powerful form. It's embarrassing as a Canadian that we have the language laws we do in Quebec. Archaic It's not about protecting French, it's about stopping any language that isn't.

That is different) but still say we're causing the language to be endangered. Like bro what- And since some dummies are gonna talk about borrowed words, that's when a language borrows a word from another language because it lacks the word in it's language.
