Bro, my attention span for KZbin videos is usually a maximum of 3.5 minutes, but I was genuinely upset at how short this video was. You showed an amazing journey, not just as a great cinematographer but also as a talented storyteller at the same time. Absolutely love it and it is a great inspiration for someone being in a dark place.

Lately, I felt stuck... I feel like everything and everyone is against me. Whenever I feel better and start working on my dreams, my personal projects, something happens and brings me down again. Every time I feel this way, I come back to your channel to get some inspiration or motivation... or something... I don't know... maybe one day I'll be as good as you

Thank you, Sam, for sharing your journey with us. Normally, I'm a silent observer, but I thought it was time to thank you. You, Peter, Kolder... you are the reason I decided to venture into self-employment three years ago. Originally, I aimed to become a travel filmmaker, but certain circumstances led me in a different direction (real estate, commercial, etc.). Watching your film now brought tears to my eyes. I'm not even sure why, perhaps because one feels they might be missing out on all these travels. Thank you, Sam, for staying approachable all these years. I look forward to many more videos from the "master of content creation." STAY CREAMY

Hey Sam! 😁 1.5 years ago, I made the significant decision to sell everything I owned to pursue my dream of becoming a filmmaker. I've been following your work for many years, finding inspiration in each piece you share. This latest video, however, profoundly moved me; it was an emotional journey that brought me to tears for half of its duration. Thank you for the powerful reminder to cherish and not take for granted the people who join us on our journey.

You've been through a lot... and a huge respect for making a video like this.. just know, you're inspiring creators like me, no, just know you're inspiring upcoming legends of the new age!! and I can literally put my feet in your shoes cuz Peter McKinnon was who got me into this whole creative thing, who introduced me into Photography and guided me throughout the whole thing, without him, I'll be out in the fields, farming myself to raise my family. And yes, tomorrow will be my awakening day. Thank you Sam, and cheers to a beautiful and adventurous creating life ahead!

What a beautiful film! My son Alex is like you 11 years ago, well, maybe 7, because he started young as well. This week his first video went viral on Instagram, and we who love him have all been so excited for him. He sent me this video of you, because he’s been watching your work and loving it for a long time. I’ve been a photographer for 35 years, and there isn’t much more I can teach him. He needs people like you to take him to the next level. Alex steals my Peter McKinnon bags all the time, since he’s been traveling the world all of his life (his dad lives halfway around the globe). He probably uses Artlist, But if he doesn’t, that’s a good idea for a gift I could give him, Thank you for this beautiful message, beautiful movie, and for inspiring people you don’t even know. ❤🙏

Sam... I followed you with the Peter McKinnon crowd when you were around 70 or 80,000 subs. Loved the music videos, the studio tours, and this video has done it for me. It's incredible. In one of Peter's last videos he talked about a quote that said something like the the magic you are looking for is in the work you are avoiding. I'm avoiding creating. I'm avoiding just doing the damn thing. I'm avoiding just hitting record and inspiring people the way that you and many others have inspired me. I mean I'm almost weeping typing this because I needed some inspiration before editing some senior photos I took this week and you gave it to me. Sam Newton. Thank you from the bottom of heart and soul for this video. The feels, the emotion, the nostalgia, the soul you put into this video. I needed. The world needed. Thank you.

My grandma passed away yesterday and the scene with your grandma sent me over the edge 😢- was at the film fest and loved seeing it premiere and again seeing it now it’s just as amazing - honestly a true work of art of storytelling .. also the part with Sam Kolder in the sky actually makes me cackle laughing every single time. Much love Sam you’re a top notch individual and thanks for keeping us inspired - stay creamy!

I'm not crying, you are! Jesus christ this was intense, loe u bud, and there are a shitton of people just like me, who've been here for so long they can't remember, and who can relate to you in a way i cannot even explain. You're not "just" a content creator, you are not only showing and sharing your story but inspiring and expressing so many peoples stories. You're out there giving shape to an unforgetable journey, your life. Blessed to feel every single bit in this video like i've been part of it (in a way we all did) dispite being so far, yet so close. stay creamy
