As a belgian that lives and was born in ghent i took this for granted i just pass by everything not thinking much of it Now that i see how appriciative she is about every little detail i feel like i should open my eyes more around me and see the small things in life and think that not everything in belguim has a gliomy vibe 😂 But i geuss it also comes with being a local i imagine if i were to go to japan i’d be in awee to like she is in ghent and for the locals in japan they might have the same view as i who just doesn’t think much of it New lesson learned - stop and look around you , take it all in , and appriciate what you have ❤

@@what.tomorrow.brings So what about the Netherlands? I was born in Amsterdam but there are actually some other places I can recommend. Things I can recommend is Snert ( the traditional very thick pea soup ) , Mosterd soep ( mustard soup) with an unexpected subtle flavour) , smoked eel, kibbeling ( fried cod bites ), slip tongetjes ( sole fish) and Rijsttafel ( Small dishes from the Indonesian cuisine ) and eat at one of the Surinamese restaurants in Amsterdam or Rotterdam!

just to be a litte protective of our beer culture ... she added extra foam after the poor. That was not how you're supposed to do it. -3 points to Gruut. On the other hand the SGOL Lachouffe beer was massive, he felt generous and gave you quite more beer than normal. you're a foodie for sure, just a shame your cameraman died from hunger filming you 😉

Your video is shocking, and you may not realize why. It's the part about the so called Martino, which isn't a Martino at all. Don't worry about butchering pronounciations. The one who has to worry is the one who butchered the original recipe of a Martino. There is only 1 recipe and it's not anything like what they have served you. There's nothing wrong with the sandwich of course, but they are not allowed to call this a Martino. Shame on them ! Having said this, I'm happy you enjoyed your trip. Thanks for sharing.
