My wife and I are both on the shot and we have learned to slow down or stop eating at a certain point and that’s helped our nausea tremendously. It is tough cause you don’t feel full and then it sneaks up on you and then you’re sick feeling. Good luck with it.

My wife and I are both on monjaro and so far I’m down 27lbs and she has lost over 65lbs and we both feel so much better than our last cruise. We sail end of June and can’t wait to just do everything cause we actually feel like it. Congrats and God Bless on your journey.

You’re probably struggling with eating because you’ve probably up your dose recently. The longer you’re on that dose you’ll be able to eat more.
