E-scooters were designed as children's toys. Just because some manufacturers now build them bigger, heavier, stronger and faster does not mean that you are safe at these excessively high speeds, let alone on a highway, because you have fitted additional mirrors. That's just foolhardy!

Even small e-scooters aren't designed as children's toys, in fact in the EU they are ruled to be used from age 16. Treating them as a toy is dangerous. And their use on the highway is banned by law of course.

I agree it pisses me the hell off, I don't care what country you're from we all suffer if one person fks it up for everyone, my guy, stop thinking about your self and start thinking about us as a whole scooter community, I swear if we get regulated to parks I'm gonna flip my sht... All it takes is one news outlet and strict regulation in one Country other might adopt... I seen one guy who was rideing his scooter in the bike lane on TV in a different country kzbin.info/www/bejne/Zp-lXomZmtWBm80si=rsJ7duPc5eeIW5Y1&t=69 and he got hit with a BIG major fine for just riding it on the walkway or on bikelane being mindful, he did nothing wrong but law says it need to be ran only on private area he didn't know, I will be dammed if this guy helps pass that law to all riders across countries... Also, this guy was not waering the proper motorcycle gloves, had no turning singles, cutting people off, hitting cars and almost hitting people when they're trying to cross the street while bruning out as if they're in your way. People like him ruin it for eveyone.

I kindly suggest not to overtake right signalling cars from their righthand side. Please drive responsibly. No driver is expecting that kind of mobility device on the highways, they may panic or behave in a strange manner, so it is not beneficial to accumulate anger in the population that can be reflected back to us in the future, in an unexpected place. You too will benefit from these. And one last thing, go for a brand new or second hand leather riding suit with gloves (they are amazingly cheap) and a full faced helmet if you like riding at that seed. Otherwise you risk to get peeled off up to your bones.
