Great. I'm just starting out doing this….we have lots of good solid furniture in our house that’s dated and old. This really helps teach and inspire me to transform it.

Beautiful. here in Australia a 7 Drawer Dresser would go for around $1000. I googled some store here and here are some examples of price: Temple and Webster $999, Early Settler Furniture $1,399, or a cheaper Manufacture: Fantastic Furniture 6 drawer dresser $809. Good luck

I have enjoyed your channel. It pooped up on my feed and so I thought I would check it out. Very informative and loving the finishes you choose. The Ethan Allen is a gorgeous piece of furniture and when we were shopping, we never could afford Ethan Allen, as it was the highest class of furniture and probably still is. I have never known them to use veneer as they used to pride themselves as "solid wood" made in USA. My cousin's family was very wealthy, and they had all Ethan Allen furniture. I think it being solid wood and the finish you have put on it that it could sell easily for 600$. It would be prob over 1000.00 brand new in their store back in the day. I hope you post what you do sell it for. It is lovely and would / could go with any decor. Beautifully done! Blessingsr Thank you for your service, we also are retired military. Not an easy career but well worth it. 🙂

looks great ! so you ask about listing cost, perhaps work out your hourly rate / how many hours that have gone into it and add to the cost of materials and original purschase price, plus a little extra for wear and tear on your equipment which will need to be replaced over time. Ps you have a designers eye along with great practical skills...keep at it !

@@johncallison very true. I have myself on salary for our business, so I don’t often take that into account. I may work 15 hours one day, and none for the rest of the week, or 1 hour a day every day (I only work during my daughters bedtimes and naps). You should definitely take it into account when starting though! Unfortunately, a lot of times, your first few flips won’t bring a huge profit. Or you’ll work for free. However, that’s the case with a LOT of entrepreneurs starting businesses!
