So glad I found this, I'm on a mission: Sept 1- Dec 31 no alcohol, meat and veggies only, cardio everyday, hoping for a 30-40lbs weight loss. Needed a cute protective style to endure a good daily sweat. In January I may try a silk press since I will transition from Cardio to Calisthenics only and hopefully wont sweat as much doing Calisthenics 3x per week.

Sigh I have such a difficult time parting my hair! No matter how much I detangle before hand the tail of my comb gets stuck as I try to separate the sections. And if I try to use my finger lol I just can’t feel the difference between my scalp and my hair! 🙈
