It’s not being held up. Look at what’s really going on especially in finance meetings. These meetings specifically deal with ARPA money. They’re attempting steamroll these resolutions. Pay especially close attention to the meetings with perfect attendance… shit 2 immediately left after finance finished. They are there to like their pockets . Flint needs the 4 that are exposing the corruption. Forcing them to speak by way of POI AND POO. They shut them down and say they’re not germane. They ONLY filibuster when it’s something damning or something unethical being uncovered! She’s trying to obstruct them, censure and suspend them because these meetings coming up in the next 2-3 months they’ll be passing and voting on legislation to dole out that money. They’re also Going to vote to send $40 million to the “General fund”. Which the mayor or council don’t need ordinances and votes passed to spend up to $75,000 at one time. In other words, they’ll be able to loot that fund and not be accountable for doing so ! Pay attention! Flint has 4 hell of a council members who are there for their interests!
