It's crazy the perspective you guys put on life. I have been very stagnant in my life, and you're podcast has helped me to step back and realize there is work to be done. Keep up it gentlemen, you are a true inspiration!

Guys the secret is each person feels important and appreciated. Each role needs to be held strongly and you call your partner out on their bullshit immediately. Don't let any animosity build up for a fight one year down the road.also be the man...bring anything into the open and don't let the woman hold on to any grudges for any period of time!

The organized cart is a real life thing, and yes it's right, you load the belt with like boxes, bags, cold items, for organization and efficiency, fuck yeah 🤘🏼

The difference is how we were raised as well. A lot of was raised in just learned skills. Your lucky if you make 30,000 a year. Then you break "the curse" baby your kid and send them to college and they think they're worth so much more. Simply because of college. I've had vocational school and some college and work in a station. Trust me the work I put in is more than I'm paid but I have to work my way up. Kids now days don't get that.

Bob, I hope you read this message. As someone who competes in Ironman I have to say I love hearing your passion for the sport and seeing the progress you’ve made. I just want to make sure you are aware that Ironman’s, unlike bodybuilding, ARE drug tested. You have been very open about being on TRT and that is 100% against the rules. They do not grant TUEs for it either. Since you have a big platform and are looking to be competitive in the sport I really don’t want you to get popped for cheating and get banned from competition.
