Love hearing about the struggles with business, particularly manufacturing. I’ve been in manufacturing for 15 years now, started as a machine operator, now president of a $25M manufacturing company. Very few people, not in manufacturing, don’t realize the complexities that goes into manufacturing any product. From design/innovation to product launch, and everything in between. That’s the main reason I love it!!! Great podcast!

Had a colonoscopy a few months back (36 years old) because I've been having some weird digestion issues. They didn't really find anything that would explain my issues (I didn't think they would) but they still ended up removing a small polyp and the prep beforehand was great. The fasting plus the Moviprep solution you drink cleared me out like nothing I've ever seen. That night my HRV went up to 84ms (usually was in the 50s) and my heart rate dropped to 43 at its lowest while sleeping (typically was in the 46-48 range). I also thought that maybe the issues I was having were because my intestinal motility was very slow, but after the colonoscopy I had a large pizza and other crap and within 21 hours the next day, I already had a solid bowel movement (the pizza) so I learned that my intestinal motility is great (sub 24 hours). If you like doing experiments on yourself and seeing how certain things affect your body I highly recommend doing a colonoscopy. And even if you don't, just for overall health it's a great idea and is really low hanging fruit as far as ensuring your colorectal health is in order. Also they knocked me out and I remember waking up feeling like a million bucks and I was even talking some nonsense to the nurse lol. And like Fouad said, the relief you get when you let those farts/ remnants of fluids out is awesome. They blast air inside your intestine to help the camera move through and see better, so it all comes out after as farts lol.

Man I just had the happen to myself at 25 years old been dealing with issues almost 3 years now definitely better after the scope but seems things are slowly coming back, did you have returning issues ? Myself as well found a polyp and gastritis but nothing else
@chzpuffs18355 ай бұрын
@@tylerschnarrYeah my issues persist I just kind of learned to deal with them and am always figuring out how to improve them with diet. I think my problem is structural/ muscular, not internal, so I think maybe an ultrasound up my ass is what I really need.

The patches on the wolf pack bags are actually a military custom. Those of us in the service have unit morale patches and tags on our flught suits and jackets. Especially those of us in aviation.
