I’m using BEHR Dynasty now. I actually want to use BEHR8300 but cannot buy it where I am. You can use BEHR8300 ( not 2-8300) if you can buy it in your state😊

I’m so sorry but I don’t have any information about ingredients in Brazil. If you are interested in Sheleeart Bloom technique, you can ask them if there are any members in Brazil and if they can help you on their website.
