I’m in recovery- meditation and healing work is HIGHLY recommended. Recently I felt like things were getting a bit flat until yesterday I had an opportunity to release some old behaviours and people from my past. At first there was resistance but having talked to people I trust and my sponsor, I let go; did an energy activation with Reiki Rachael and I feel like a new path has opened up for me.
