When I first heard Clown Core it was like a noise experiment, but... There was something else. Definitely not noise. I tried to listen a lot of original music, like avant-garde and stuff, but it's not like something is new is good at the same time. Maybe it's even good, but I don't enjoy listening to most avant-garde music. Most of the time people walk away too far from the music itself in pursuit of "something new". But not the Clown Core. And I'm talking about their very first works, short, loud and angry. I really enjoyed every second (yep, the songs were SHORT). Because IT JUST SOUNDED COOL. They play very modern, weird music, but at the same time - it just sounds super cool. So if anyone wonders if someone still plays new, original music that is seriously worth listening - YES, definitely, Clown Core FTW!

3. One of the most melodic and kaleidoscopic songs of all time. The chords embody the word "euphoria" it's a psychedelic, passionate, beautiful composition. It starts with very low and muffled bass and chords that sounds like the beginning of a fever dream. Like soaring through clouds above a city on a cold, rainy night. Then the chords fade into a melodic almost songscape. Like the music itself is creating a visual representation of a scape.

I love 3 as a PA sound check. If it's a good system there's no distortion in the pads. That and 4 are two of my personal go-tos, 4 especially to check the punchiness and body of the system, as well as how spicy the highs are. 4 usually sounds super dull if the PA isn't putting out enough highs.
