This documentary reminded me the best quote from my father,taken from Ancient Greek History. In life you have to be a Hector, meaning calculated, calm, rational and not taken over by emotion. If you choose to be an Achilles, meaning controlled by your emotions, overly ambitious and eager to do anything to live the "good" life... you will be met by an unfortunate end... that could be death or suffering for the rest of your life.
