Fastest baller doesn't not define the best baller..but the speed, agression, technical accuracy, precision,and the consistency to swing ( out and in) the ball at 140+ only few of the ballers can do that and Dale Steyn is the father of it, holding the number one baller of the world for continuous 6 years straight is not a joke... I've watched this video twice now and I think it's remarkable that most of these wickets were off deliveries bowled at quite 10:12 a full length. With a lot of the batters with one, or even bóth feet on or behínd the popping crease. Can only mean they were afraid of his pace (unlikely with top order batsmen), but more likely they knew he could swing the ball both ways, and thus played back hoping for another 1/10 of a second to see what the ball was doing.
