Another great one Matt! One additional practice I've seen work in mixed environment meetings (virtual for some, in person for others) is joining the virtual meeting even when you're in the room. That way you can use the 'raise hand' feature to take turns for questions/comments regardless if you're in person or virtual. It does great in making sure everyone is included. Hope this tip helps!
