Thank you so much for your kind words 🥹 my aim is really for my viewers to enjoy these food journeys with me like we’re in it together! I’m so glad I was able to convey that so thank you! I try to write my description ‘as is’, try to explain the tastes and textures and how I feel when eating it the best I can. Sometime I do come across a dish that I don’t like, and I’ll think about why I don’t like it or how it could have been done to my preference. Also I’ll think about why the Chef chose to present it this way and try to understand his thought process. Most of the time I can find things to appreciate in a dish, even if it’s not to my best liking. And if I really really dislike a dish, I’ll mention it in the description too with my reasons. I try to be as honest as I can, but after all I think taste is very subjective and I try to deliver facts (with some opinions) and let the audience be the judge whether or not to try a restaurant from watching my video 😊 I hope this helps, thank you so much for checking out my channel and please stay tuned for new contents every weekend! 🥰
