Excuse me, you are correct. What I meant to say is that he is a year older than most other freshman so to say he is a state champ as a freshman you have to provide that little disclaimer.

Yes! i was 126 last year and made it to regionals so i wasnt too shabby, but this should help. lighter weight classes require more quickness and agility, work on that. Always be the first to take a shot (not stupidly). 2 more things: if you are on bottom, never reach your arm back around his head, and secondly do not lock your hands around the body. that should be common knowledge but trust me.. you will make that mistake. NEVER FEEL GOOD COMING OF THE MAT KNOWING YOU DID NOT TRY YOUR BEST.

MannyWell it doesn't matter u should always be the one making the first shots and pulling the trigger that's for all weight classes(maybe except heavyweights)

yeah, you definitely dont want them to be able to grab your legs. thats where taking the fist shot comes in.
