When he said it was his first in-person interview, I was surprised, not about that, and the surprise was about me caring so little whether we brought others onto his channel. I'm totally think seeking the wisdom of others and having mentors is hugely important. It would have been totally well received if Michael had said to stay in the interview. I know not saying anything is more correct, unless the guest gives permission, like when Casey asked to be stopped if he was rambling.

As “Uncle C” (Casey) pointed out: it’s really smart to learn from multiple sources (albeit, obviously credible sources). These two guys are two of the biggest for me, and I intend to join both their programs (I’m working higher priorities at the moment, as I believe they’d both advise me to do if they knew what my priorities are). As for why they’re two of my biggest sources of education, it’s because I know a solid majority (at least 60-70 percent) of each of their material is solid material, and between the two I’m confident that I’ll learn at least 85-95 percent of what I need to from just these two guys. The remaining 5-15%? That can be handed from guys like Rollo, Rich Cooper, and Corey Wayne. (And guys, don’t bother arguing about any of this…I won’t respond. Just take it as IMHO. Now go and learn and put it into action; don’t bother arguing about it!)

I've had experiences where I don't escalate with a girl, trying to get her to, and it just fizzles out. There's a fine line that you have to walk with this kind of thing. Some women are so horribly insecure, they need constant validation, in order to want to physically escalate. I've experienced when you don't take the initiative and try to escalate, they almost get mad and insulted, because every other guy tries to escalate. And yes you can play this cool and calm thing and not care, and just move on to the next one, until you find one that will escalate, but I can't help but wonder how many times I have used this tactic and ended up gaming my way right out of closing the deal.

Here's a breakdown of the key points of casey teaching Building the Inner World: Focus on personal development and inner strength. The idea is to cultivate a strong sense of self and not be easily accessible to others, which can increase your value in the eyes of others. Scarcity and Value: By not being easily available or overly talkative, you create an aura of exclusivity. This can align with the concept of hypergamy, where people are attracted to those who are perceived as high value. Learning to Say No: This is about setting boundaries and not always being eager to please. It shows that you have standards and self-respect, which can be attractive qualities. Social Proof: The idea that women may desire what other women want. Engaging with multiple women (not for validation, but to understand social dynamics) can create a perception that you are desirable, which can enhance your social value. Ambiguity in Relationships: Never fully committing or openly validating your availability keeps others guessing. This can create an allure of mystery and the impression that you have other options, which can make you more intriguing.

Ngl I’ve been hearing this kind of content for years now, but sumthin just wasn’t clicking I kept shooting myself in the foot. Came across Casey and idk but shit just connects differently. For example something as small as him reframing “shit test” as “interest test” took me out of the mindset of feeling I was being played with and getting upset to the mindset of she likes you and wants to like you more but has to know you’re not too interested. Real small but powerful.

Casey dropped some inter sexually dynamics game in different perspective from most RP creators, hypergamy is an emotional and lie along with impulse control, masculine frame, keeping red, not pedestalising her (head over heals) front, mid, end game theory was dope.
