Thank you for the reminder of how many things Bentonite clay is used for. I have Redmond clay at my home and typically use it for rashes, big bites, burns and such, but even though I knew it was often a way to combat other internal issues, I don't think of it when something comes up. This is a great reminder that it's in my cabinet and can be used for so much more I'm so glad you are over that terrible sickness.

Yes. When we are is so much discomfort, it's sometimes hard to remember all the remedies that we may have on hand. This is definitely a remedy that we don't want to go without.

Please make sure that the clay that you have is safe for internal use. Not all bentonite clay's are suitable or safe for consumption.

I have "Indian Healing Clay" . It is bentonite clay but not sure it's the same thing. What do you think??

That's a great question, but unfortunately, we are not able to answer that. Have you visited their website for an answer. Another option would be to call Redmond directly. Hope this helps.
