If the seat is machined 0.6mm deeper on the one intake, (from the previous video) I guess it shows on the long measurement To match chamber volume, you could grind a little from centre of valve head so it would be dished instead of flat. The intakes, being larger diameter plus staying a lot cooler would be OK to relieve a millimeter or two without compromising strength

It concerns me that the cc voloume and also the spring tension will change when the engine heats up. This can be factored in, I have tried it myself on larger engines and it makes a difference.
