If I had built something that nice, I’d have a hard time getting anything else done due to spending all my time looking at that beautiful creation. Anyone that builds something they are proud of knows they go out of their way to admire it.

You’re living the dream! But you are not complete. To truly finish this masterpiece, you now need to make it a place of gathering for young and old alike. Thus, the young will think fondly of this place in their later years and seek to preserve it. It is in this way that your effort, your forethought, and your desire to give to future generations will last. Endurance is not just a testament to the quality of materials and attention to detail, no matter how daunting, but in the stories we tell one another over time in beautiful places. Just be mindful, that now that you have become the master of great works, it is now forever upon you to act in a manner within those spaces and in the presence of those works as to exalt them in celebration. I know you are religious, and so I do not mean solely in service of others on this Earth, but in celebration of the greater. I love your work.
