Great video!! I tried to use the given collocations in this short writing: The Government of Kazakhstan has imposed a new excise tax on all tobacco products. It is binding on all parties to this regulation, whether they are national or foreign legal entities. The document consists of the decree and its attachments. The new regulation enters into effect on 1 March 2023.
