That was a great tutorial Tammy… especially for those that haven’t ventured into liquid silicone yet!! And I love that you love horses… me and hubby have 3 beautiful mares; one of them is a pure Clydesdale, one is a part Clydesdale and the other is a little rescue we got through the RSPCA. And, as all our kids are grown, these guys, along with our English Cocker Spaniel, are our babies!! 😁 Much love from Nat. ♥️♥️🇦🇺

I've never made inlays but need to give them a try for sure. I loved the Toonfish video using the seahorses in the candle holders...😊

Those are so freaking cute! I’d love to try but I doubt with how damaged my hands are from multiple surgeries due to lupus I would even be able to utilize them if I made them. Also love that “joy” creation as well and would live to be in the drawing for it❤️

i have only seen inlays made with silicon i think i like this better, but im early on still as you are demolding them so for all i know you are going to make them into silicon inlays lol

She did. She poured resin into the molds, cured, then did the silicone

Mrs Jeanie, I poured resin into the mold for the tiny ones, and then demolded them and poured silicone into my castings. ❤ so easy and cute ❤

I don’t know how to use inlays. I’m new to this.
@Ali-H34442 ай бұрын
I'm just curious why you didn't just turn the mold upside-down and pour your silicone in the images? You just need to spray the mold with a mold release spray so they don't permanently bond together. Lots of videos on how to do it.
@epoxym3that2 ай бұрын
I tried that before, and it fused my molds together. I did spray silicone spray onto it. I have not tried this brand of silicone but the amazing brand fused mine together. I might try it using this silicone on a mold I'm not fond of. Thanks for sharing 👍

Also ali, most of the time you would have to tell me about it because I don't watch too many channels. I just don't have time 😉 I find out everything from you all (most of the time) with techniques and different ways to do stuff. I'd be lost without you all 😍
@Ali-H34442 ай бұрын
@epoxym3that I was just wondering about Vaseline. I think that would work better. Oh yeah I understand. I don't have a channel so I watch a lot. Probably too many 😆 🤣 😂
@Ali-H34442 ай бұрын
@@epoxym3that Just an FYI. You have to let the mold release dry completely. Don't know if you knew that.
