The Duke of Bedford, the Russel family ancestral home is just up the road from me. Woburn Abbey and Safari Park has generated quite the income for the family down the years.I've lived in Bedford for 37 years but I'm still a northern lad at heart and would rather sup a pint with the likes of the Corrie crowd than daintily sip a glass of fine claret in a rand home.
