If you shop at Sainsbury's a lot its an idea to get a nectar card, you can redeem your points for discount vouchers or stuff like AVIOS for holidays etc.

it's one of the better cards, the only issue I have with Sainsbury's is they're refunds, they leave it on the account instead of giving it back, I don't like that. especially for someone who doesn't shop there wkly x

I chucked all the way through this video, you made me laugh woth your banter & your 'im disgusted ' comments. But you absolutely right the price hike of things is terrible. Corned beef used to be a cheap item, it aint any more!! Cant have too much cheese 🧀 hailey, i love cheese. Thought the chicken thighs were a good price & i slso like the cheap packs of bacon, really good value & great for chopping up & using in dishes. At least thats 1 item you werent disgusted witb the price !! It was so funny !! 🤣😁😆

Can't believe the corned beef price. I bought mine for £1.49 a tin over 2 years ago, I have enough to last me another 2 years. Going to stock up on more with a better date if I can find it around £2 a tin now!

Bloody hell over £3 for a tin of corned beef it’s daylight robbery. I like spam and the small tins in asdas is nearly £3 so I won’t be having spam and crisp buttys very often from now on. It was a great haul this week and may I say once again you make me laugh so a big thank you xxxx

Just watched the video as I really like to see the prices and compare them to a similiar supermarket that I frequent here in Spain. When I last lived in the UK, like about 18 years ago in East Sussex, I really liked to shop at Sainsbury´s, I´m finding that Sainsbury´s comparing to a similiar category supermarket here in Spain, Mercadona, the prices are quite similiar. I´m also finding that the most expensive supermarkets, back in the day, are really competing with the likes of Lidl for example. By the way, them gherkins are well nice, just polished a few with a couple of red wines, I usually buy them at Lidl in 800g jars and love to eat them on their own...anyway, thats my comment done with, have a good day👍🍷P.S. 3 quid for a tin of Spam? Gosh, not so well off people´s food is impossible to buy nowadays, same thing happens here with rice, anyone could afford rice, here it´s doubled the price in the last year! Rant over. Take care!

Can't believe how cheap the cheese is I now live in nz and cost of living here is horrendous. Food is like 3 x price of uk. One of those blocks of cheese will cost us between $10 and $15 , we came back to uk in August for a visit and took 7kg of food back to nz 😂😅 I miss sainsburys. Love ur vlog ❤❤

@mummycookshomemade honestly hun hadn't thought of that lol. I went with empty suitcases just a couple t shirts and undies and came back with sainsburys food and clothes. I will look on Amazon tho but hoping won't be too long till I'm back again. I miss home even after 20 yrs lol xx

Hi Hailey a lovely haul cornbeef used to be so cheap now it's so expensive I've just google celery and its called a rib of celery one on its own is a stick. I went shopping Monday and I spent 50 odd pound in aldi and 30 in Iceland whrn I got home and asked me was i fading the 5 thousand I said no but if we hsve shopping in if its bad I won't have to go out love fran xxxxx

we have them with a salad we soak them in cider vinegar with black pepper, for the meal on meals of the week they were de shelled then cooked in garlic butter x

Im with you on the corned beef. Its crazy expensive in the usa too. $3.54 for 140g. All of the potted meats here used to be affordable. Ive just stopped buying them. .😢

I had to go look for a price on corned beef here because I don't buy it. In my area, it's $5.99 (£4.93) for 12 ounces (340g). While I was looking, I thought I'd see what spam is...$3.79 (£3.12) for 12 ounces (340g). I can remember when it was $1.25. It's crazy. Prices just keep going up. Eggs have gone down a bit here, though, since the chicks have gotten old enough to lay. Love your hauls! Take care. 😊

@mummycookshomemade Our Thanksgiving holiday happens in November, so now would be a good time to either go to the shop and pick it up or put one on your delivery list. If you wait, you won't be able to find one this year. I don't know of any shops here that will hold a turkey or are taking reservations for a customer. I haven't seen what the prices are this year, but I expect it to cost an arm, a leg, AND your first-born child. 🤣
