Hello Sir, we are having two Social Welfare organisation, one is registered as Trust another is registered as Society. Now, both the organisation are now registered under Form 10AC. The Trust is having 3 years as New and the Society is having 5 years as Old Revalidation. Now do we have to apply again for permanent registration in Form 10AB? Yes...Form 10AC is only a Provisional Registration For Final Registration its required to be filed Form 10AB with in the time Specified under the Act
