I'm like halfway through the video but I just have to comment. I knew you guys would like it!! I freaking love these girls. They're actually all Japanese but in this Cypher they're rapping in english, korean, and Japanese, it's wildddd. And yes, Nick I do listen to stuff like this in my free time lol. I'm not that well versed with hip hop or anything like that but I just love rap! If it sounds good, I'll listen to it. Also this group is only a year old! They're still rookies. they are actually an international group! they’re all japanese, and they all speak japanese, korean, and english. however, they do promotions and things on korea and are setup like a kpop group but they’re not necessarily a kpop group. also pls react to their new song shooting star!

First, re-watch/listen to XG's GALZ Zypher, but watch the video version [XG TAPE #2] as it hits differently - especially for Jurin. All seven members have great voices, are exceptional dancers, and amazing entertainers with swagger, but yes there are 4 officially in the rap line and 3 phenomenal vocalists. The cool thing about XG's KZbin channel is that it organizes videos in such a way that also makes it easy to dig into the skill set and personality of each individual XG member. Start with their music videos in order of release, as each one is unique and keeps resetting the bar (Tippy Toes, Mascara, Shooting Star). Then watch Left Right live stage performance to see all their skillsets at their finest live. I would say also watch all three of the Dance Practices - fixed version -- of their three songs -- which to me are almost better than their phenomenal music videos. Then wrap it up with all the "Move" videos (move #1 and #3 same song but different perspectives, all Move#2 videos showcase members individually). Finally, check out XG VOX#1 "Peaches" video to really see some of the range of the main vocalists.

About time :P :P They are Japanese as they've said already, 7, the magic number (there are 3 dedicated vocalists, but all 7 sing), they are funny and sweet and they do all pretty well imho. Jurin is the leader, that's why her line said "I get lit with em" referring to all the girls. My biggest flex is on my youtube wrapped this year it said I was a trendsetter (LOL?) because I was checking XG when they had 60K subs only XD (don't know how many they have now, couple M I guess). Even if they can rap in Korean, and surely, Japanese, their official OT7 tracks so far are in English. I think you'll like Tippy Toes and Shooting Star. Have a nice day!

Xg contains japanese members and from japanese company. but, they promote etc etc in Korea, (soon) Japan, and America. They trained about 4 yrs in japan and 1 yr in korea. Their target is international audiences. They're a global group, they call themselves Xpop They are real all rounder group. Full of talent, mind blown. Btw it's fresh to see a girl group who promote hip hop. I hope they show their artistry a lot more in the future.

Harvey and Cocona official positions are main rappers. Jurin is lead rapper and Maya is a sub rapper. Chisa & Juria are main vocalists. Maya is lead vocalist. Jurin is a vocalist. Harvey & Hinata are sub vocalist. Jurin & Hinata are main dancers. They don’t have lead dancers specified but all of them could be main dancers. Juria (main vocalist) and Cocona (main rapper) and Hinata (sub vocalist) are the only three in the group who do not sing & rap (officially). I haven’t seen Juria or Hinata rap or Cocona sing but I’m sure they are fully capable if they chose to.

This is not Kpop nor Jpop. What these girls are doing is using east coast cadences not the Asian cadences on the Japanese and Korean so the flow is clean. This is something that's impossible to do. I'm Korean and these girls have adopted old school OG cadences. There's only four rappers in the world I know that can do this and they're all on this Xypher.
