17% rise on what? Total gross salary or basic plus DA.. What is pay component... Iam a clerk.. If i calculate on gross i noticed that i got lesser amount then 17%. Almost 3 percent less

even if you have leased accommodation you will still get HRA. Opting for lease doesn't mean you wont be getting HRA

U are not a banker i guess. Its either lease accommodation or hra for officer scale 1 and above.
