When I started my service back in 1982 the pay scale was Rs700-1600 and the gross salary was Rs1860 pm. There were no such things as entertainment allowance, spectacles cost reimbursement, furniture, pest control etc. But we enjoyed working back then and not like today when everyone seems to be like a zombie staring at the computer monitor only and not even talking to their colleagues working beside them.

Achha lga apka video but earnings totally depends on person to person......i was working at Infosys as Software Engineer & Decided to left Infosys after working 2 & half years... decided to prepare for government job, started preparing took 9 months to clear SBI PO prelims but unfortunately couldn't clear MAINS, Next Year again cleared SBI PO prelims & MAINS both but missed final Merit list just by 2 marks..... Again started preparing for SBI PO , but this time Entered in stock Market while preparing Made 41 lakhs in 8 months while doing trade in F&O , Decided make career in Stock Market & u know what its may 2024 & Since September 2023 to till Today made 57 Lakhs ....so i personally believe earnings & satisfaction both are different

With those high salaries and high perks sbi po will also get high power glasses high BP high diabetes hypertension insomnia low fertility, severe pain in the shoulder neck and spin. KZbinrs these days are showing dreams and neglecting reality. Disclosure - I was in sbi from 2008 till 2013. I resigned and joined the state govt services.

O maa'm you are back now Your essay and letter writing video helps a lot . This yr i am selected ibps po (indian bank) in essay and letter i got 15 marks whereas last yr i got 9.5 could not qualified. I also clr ibps clerk (cbi) Rrb clerk. Currently i am working Fci ag3(genl) in my home dist . Joined in feb through 2nd waitlist. I am from west bengal. I thought i continue with fci job and not to join ibps po (indian bank) due all india posting in po job. Although fci ag3(gen) my in hand 46100 gross 52k (fci both pf and nps ) Bt after 12 bps bank po gross 77k in hand 70k In fci no public dealing no target no late sitting 10.30 to 5.30 job Bt promotion slow in fci . Mam please suggest should i leave fci for ibps po(Indian bnk) ???? Once again thank u so much for ur descriptive video.

Decide based on your priorities.If you want home posting and there is some solid reason for that,then stay in FCI or if you want career growth,more money and can handle a hectic work life ,then you can switch. Decide on the priorities of what will be more important to you after 10 years from now .
