It was very much a hack-job. If i recall correctly, its a Minicircuits ADE-1 diode-ring mixer, and I generated the appropriate LO to mix from 430-440 down to 140-150 MHz with some radio module (a HopeRF RFM22B I think...)

You need to generate a UDP broadcast packet with the appropriate data format. I suggest joining the sondehub discord (sondehub.org/go/discord) to discuss this more.

Great project. Really looking forward to this Kerberos tool being released. BTW: what is the source of the down converter box? Own design or from somewhere else?
