12V 400A DC from 220v AC for High Current DC Motor - Power Supply from UPS Transformer

In this video I am going to use a UPS transformer for making a 12 volts super high current power supply upto 400 Amp which is going to be DC. So I am going to use 220 volts AC from my home socket and convert it to 12 volts DC for running some 12 volt loads.
For improving the DC line and as a mini filter circuit, i have used a large capacitor at the output while you can use any capacitor operating from 15v to 100v with a capacitance from 1000 micro Farad to 20,000 microfarad.

With this equipment if you made engineering lab experiments on machines it will helpful for students. Experiments like tests on transformer and alternator, i don't suggesting that you don't have DC machines with windings u have only pm DC motors. It is my request, finally I am big fan of your experments❤

Yo con un sólo transformador de microondas tengo toda esa potencia. Lo embobino y lo dejó con un voltaje de 14.8CD y utilizo una diodera de alternador.

It will work but you must check the input no load current. Its higher in case of a microwave transformer because of which the efficiency is not that great.

I have a motor dc 24Vdc 125 amp, can i use it ?

It will run but not at full power output. 20Amps continuous is fine with this power supply and it can handle 400Amps peak for a few seconds but not continuously for long durations. You need an even bigger power supply and more rectifiers
