Yes, this is Mr. Yildiz's educational project. The Hall microsensor finally redirects the load current in the coils after it has passed through the N or S magnetic field. Therefore, it is a kind of synchronous rotor position supervision system. The minimotor will also function when powered by a single-phase frequency converter. Then the voltage should first be directed to the mains transformer, e.g. 230/24 VAC, and the base codes should be set appropriately. In the case described in this way, the position of the rotor is not controlled. Of course, any micromotor without an armature is at risk of falling out of synchronism. Mr. Zafer optionally simplified his school model and let's be grateful to him for that! Best regards to the Speaker and the Channel Fans 💖👋😀.

@MustafaGEZER336 ай бұрын
To understand the working principle, it is enough that the rotor has 2 poles. By increasing the number of poles, the gaps in between can be filled to ensure operation without cranking from the shaft. Good job. Thanks for sharing 👏

Four magnets is definitely better as the hall sensor can be placed on the top or bottom. Plus it makes the motor stronger. Also bearings would make the motor spin faster.
