I understand it is the secondary winding, but please wrap the threads on the core with tape first. You dont want the threads cutting through the insulation on the wires.

You have to measure the voltage and current by the multimeter with the bulb loads and also have to apply loads to the motor in order to know the transformer capacity to drive the motors for its rated loads rather than running it in no load conditions !

You Must use Laminated Core or a Ferrite Core Instead of a thicker nut bolt..... This cab cause heating of nut and Bolt.... Please reply me m'I true or not If not then tell me the Wright Thing.....
