Was wondering how the PMPlan and specifically the Stkh Egagement Plan are Inputs since the process of ID the Stkh-ders takes place prior to the planning phase where all the plans are being developed?…

Great question! The answer is we revisit our stakeholder register all the time. Those documents are not there initially, but when we're moving from planning to executing and wanting to check our stakeholders, we can use the PM plan or Engmt plan as a guide. We may need to add people to our Engmt plan, and refine our people or approach if some stakeholders are unhappy.
